Recognized last year by the Austin Chronicle as one of the Top Dance Performances of 2013, Gold Show|Rose Show, a co-production from Heloise Gold and Julie Nathanielsz, returns for a second year as a one-weekend presentation of New Works. The evening boldly weaves a riveting program of dance, film and performance in collaboration with local and international artists. Performances will be held today, May 29 - June 1, (Thursday - Saturday 8:00 pm, Sunday 2:00 pm) at Galaxy Studio, 1700 S. Lamar Blvd., Ste. 338. Limited seating is available and early ticket purchase is recommended.

Following a successful debut in 2013, the Second Annual San Diego International Festival (#sdff14) brings the beautiful, the bizarre and the unexpected to America's Finest City. From July 3 through July 13, 2014 #sdff14 continues to make San Diego Theatre History by hosting over 35 World Premieres, 7 United States Premieres, 21 local premieres (ranging from seasoned international artists to young, aspiring new artists) and this year we are expanding our award-winning venture by introducing Visual Fringe and Family Fringe, to our Festival!

The Ware Center | Millersville University presents new works by noted Harrisburg-based artist Linda Benton McCloskey. The exhibit opens for the public on Friday, June 6th, 6-8 p.m. The exhibit is free and the artist will be in attendance. The show will run through Sunday, June 29th, open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m., and during Ware Center performances.

For the first time ever, Made Event will host a Sunday School mini-fest at Mysteryland USA with three dedicated stages and a cross-section of today's and tomorrow's future techno stars. Mysteryland is the world's groundbreaking and longest-running electronic music festival making its historic U.S. debut over the 2014 Memorial Day weekend from this weekend, May 23 to May 26, 2014, at Bethel Woods, New York, the site of the legendary 1969 Woodstock festival.

Violinist Philip Setzer joins David Finckel and Wu Han, co-artistic directors of Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, to form a dynamic chamber music trio. Finckel and Han, Musical America's 2012 Musicians of the Year, and Setzer rank among the most esteemed and influential classical musicians in the world today. Setzer is a current and founding member of the Emerson String Quartet and performed with Finckel for 34 years in that ensemble.

3rd Annual Atlanta Fringe Festival to Run 6/5-8

The Atlanta Fringe Festival is thrilled to announce the third annual edition of their locally-produced festival, bringing adventurous local, national and international artists together for a four-day celebration of live performances from across the theatrical spectrum. Building on its first two years, after which the Fringe was named the Best New Trend in the Arts by Creative Loafing's readers, 2014's festival will boast 20 productions from 11 states and Canada. This is the first year the upstart Fringe will host international artists, along with 12 Atlanta-based productions that will join them on the festival's stages. In addition to live performance, the Atlanta Fringe will host Fringe Radio, the only audio drama festival on the national Fringe network, with 23 performances available for free streaming via the Festival website. The live festival is set to take place June 5-8, 2014, at various locations in East Atlanta.
