As part of Roundabout Theatre Company's 50th Anniversary Season, Broadway In Chicago and Roundabout Theatre Company have announced casting for the national tour of Sam Mendes (Spectre, American Beauty) and Rob Marshall's (Into the Woods and Chicago, the films) Tony Award-winning production of CABARET. Individual tickets for the Chicago premiere of Roundabout Theatre Company's CABARET will go on sale Friday, December 11. CABARET will play Broadway In Chicago's newly named The PrivateBank Theatre (18 West Monroe) for a limited two-week engagement February 9 - 21, 2016.

This tour ofCABARET marks Roundabout Theatre Company's third production on the road, having previously produced the critically acclaimed tours of Twelve Angry Men and Anything Goes.

The show, with book and lyrics by Susan DiLallo, music by Ben Morss, and direction and choreography by Sam Viverito, is based on the famous dancing mouseling and her friends created by Katharine Holabird and illustrated by Helen Craig. Angelina and her friends will return to the Vital stage with a special 'red carpet' press opening on November 16th. Performances continue November 17 through January 5th on Selected Saturdays and Sundays at 3:30 pm.
