Odyssey Theatre offers kaleidoscope of contemporary dance with 3rd annual 'Dance at the Odyssey' festival.

Broadway's new contemporary cabaret club - will celebrate New Year's Eve with a special party featuring Bon Bon Burlesque. This evening of glamour, sensuality, dancing and sultry burlesque includes a four-hour open bar and sensational stage shows throughout the party. Lookingglass Theatre Company presents the world premiere of The Steadfast Tin Soldier, from the story by Hans Christian Andersen, conceived and directed by Ensemble Member Mary Zimmerman. This family-friendly, holiday show runs November 7, 2018-January 13, 2019 at Lookingglass Theatre Company, located inside Chicago's historic Water Tower Water Works, 821 N. Michigan Ave. at Pearson. Dancing with the Stars professionals Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Valentin Chmerkovskiy and partners have officially opened their newest Dance with Me dance school – the first in Georgia  and 13th overall! To celebrate the newest studio, Val will be joined by fellow Dancing with the Stars professional, Jenna Johnson on November 29 to teach a private master class and meet and greet for new Dance With Me students. With postseason football right around the corner, CBS has announced the lineup of late night and primetime shows that will receive big promotional platforms following both the AFC Championship game on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019 and SUPER BOWL LIII two weeks later on Sunday, Feb. 3.

Comedy Central today premiered the trailer for its new scripted series, The Other Two, premiering on Thursday, January 24 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT following the final season premiere of Broad City. Guest stars for the debut season of The Other Two include, Beck Bennett, Kate Berlant, Michael Che, Andy Cohen, Heidi Gardner, Jackie Hoffman, Daniel K. Isaac, Brandon Scott Jones, Richard Kind, Greta Lee, Tinsley Mortimer, Andy Ridings, Josh Segarra, Wanda Sykes, Julio Torres, JJ Totah and Patrick Wilson.

Everyman Theatre's next show in the 2018-2019 season is The Importance of Being Earnest, a light-hearted romantic comedy packed with twists, turns, and witty repartee.  Directed by Joseph W. Ritsch Artistic Director of Rep Stage, the tale of worlds turned topsy-turvy with assumed identities lampoons the absurdity of Victorian virtues.  The Everyman production showcases a subtext that is as relevant today as it was to its intended 19th-century audience-Wilde's "bachelor" compatriots-inside jokes abound through subtly scripted details.  The play runs December 4 - December 30, 2018.  

New play This Is Me will have a public reading, directed by Award-Winning director Yudelka Heyer, Founding Artistic Director of Red Soil Productions, in New York City. The play is written by Barbara Bernardi.
