HBO Partners with The Onion to Kick Off New HBO Original Comedy Series BARRY with Premiere Events in Three U.S. Cities
To kick off the new HBO original comedy series BARRY to audiences across the country, HBO has partnered with The Onion and The A.V. CLUB for three premiere events across the country: PORTLAND, OR (3/22), SAN DIEGO, CA (3/27) and CHICAGO, IL (3/29).
Barry is a depressed, low-rent hitman from the Midwest. While on a job in LA, he follows his “mark” into an acting class and is instantly drawn to the group of students. Barry wants to start a new life in this community of eager hopefuls, but his criminal past won't let him walk away. Can he find a way to balance the two worlds?
