by Heather Hill - Dec 12, 2016

I have never talked with anyone who is more excited to live a dog's life than when I caught up with Andreas Wyder last week. Andreas currently plays a puppy in the role of Young Max on the national tour of THE GRINCH, and we had a nice, long chat about what first got him into the world of theater (I'll give you a hint-it wasn't a dog) and really, everything Grinch and Puppy.

Exclusive Photo Coverage: THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA Gets Joyful for Carols For A Cure
by Genevieve Rafter Keddy - Dec 17, 2016

The holiday season is not complete without the perfect music to accompany it. 'Broadway's Carols for a Cure' is the latest compilation album that embodies the spirit of the season like nothing else can. A project born completely out of love, 'Broadway's Carols for a Cure' pairs the casts from famous Broadway musicals with songs that are both classic and new. The result is pure gold that will make you reach for the 'repeat' button over and over again.

BWW Review: ONCE will make you walk on moonbeams at The National Theatre
by Heather Hill - Nov 29, 2016

This is the sort of production you can slip into easily; find yourself there in the story. It's an ordinary story about an extraordinary thing-yet another reason to love it. The Girl reignites the music in the Guy; she takes him in hand (and hoover) to fall slowly back into song, back into hope, and back into love.

BWW Review: Rorschach Theatre takes on Death in A BID TO SAVE THE WORLD
by Heather Hill - Sep 19, 2016

Rorschach Theatre often tackles strange and sometimes difficult productions, and A BID TO SAVE THE WORLD fits right in with that lineup. My mind hurts nicely from all the thinking in what is a surprisingly cerebral experience. Written by Erin Bregman and directed by Lee Liebeskind, the play explores death and saving the world with a light hand and an intellectual cudgel.

New British Comedy, THE NEW MRS. D, is Released
by Christina Mancuso - Jul 29, 2014

Debut British author Heather Hill has released an inspirational comedy novel for women, 'The New Mrs D.' Her incredibly funny & original novel has been published as an e-book with assistance from her prestigious, London-based literary agency. The book was officially released on the 4th of July, yet went straight in to the Amazon UK 100 Best Sellers Chart for Women's Fiction Humour after just twenty four hours of being made available for pre-order. It is a sharp-witted, empowering and hilarious romp about one woman's midlife awakening on a honeymoon... alone. When funny, feisty, forty-something Bernice plans the adventure trip of a lifetime, she doesn't expect to be spending it alone. But as it turns out, contributing to a Greek fish explosion, naked karaoke and misadventures with volcanoes are exactly what she needs to stop fretting about errant husbands and really start living. About the author: From her humble beginnings on Twitter, posting lines like: 'You know, swinging children upside down really opens doors for you', Heather Hill began to amass a large following of people enjoying her daily comedy ramblings. She went on to write for live comedy shows, for local comedians (one of whom won an award while using some of her material) and eventually submitted scripts for television. With no paid work forthcoming, she also began writing a unique comedy blog of errors, taking a readership of one (thanks Mr Hill) to the 9.7k following it has today. To date Heather Hill's blog has had over 13,000 hits. The New Mrs D is a unique breed of women's commercial fiction and is available on Amazon for just £1.99! 'The New Mrs D is a refreshing, sharp-witted and empowering romp that reflects real life, delves into unspoken about subjects and slaps the reader in the face with honesty.' - Fleur Ferris, author. 'The perfect setting for a hilarious update to Eat, Pray, Love' - Tara Gladden, Editor
