Vanguard University's department of Theatre Arts will present the comedy classic by Mary Chase, Harvey. The production is presented in the Lyceum Theater on the Vanguard University campus, beginning April 1st, 2022, and running two weekends through April 10th.

Theatr Clwyd today confirmed it will receive up to £22m from the Welsh Government in additional capital funding to support the ambitious redevelopment of the theatre. The transformative redevelopment will deliver a much-improved visitor experience and enhanced income-generating facilities within a greener, more efficient, and welcoming building.

The Handel and Haydn Society will celebrate Haydn's choral tour de force The Creation on April 29 and May 1 at Symphony Hall in Boston. The Creation is brimming with joyous, inspiring music telling the tale of the genesis of the world.

The comedy focuses on the relationship between young, wild Toni and her older, married lover Julian, a dentist. Convinced the two have no future together, Toni attempts suicide, and a guilt-ridden Julian rashly proposes he leave his wife so the couple can be together. However, Julian has never revealed to Toni that his 'marriage' is actually an elaborate lie concocted to keep Toni at arm's length. Toni refuses to break up his household without first meeting and talking with Julian's soon-to-be-ex, so Julian enlists the aid of his shy spinster assistant Stephanie to pose as his non-existent wife. Complications arise when Toni decides the two must find her a new beau so everyone concerned can live happily ever after. Take a trip back to the groovy 60s! Odyssey Theatre Ensemble artistic director Ron Sossi explores some of the many states of human awareness with an evening of short “mind excursions” by Harold Pinter with Robert Coover and Hermann Hesse. Collectively titled Wakings!, the metaphysical adventure begins Saturday, April 23, with performances continuing through June 5.
