Shrapnel Theatre today announces the return of Alex Oates' Silk Road (How to Buy Drugs Online), the first production to be funded through the cryptocurrency Bitcoin. Dominic Shaw directs Josh Barrow (Bruce Blakemore) at Trafalgar Studios, Tuesday 7 August to Saturday 1 September.

Go Wild! as Selladoor Worldwide and Hartshorn - Hook announce that their brand-new stage adaptation Madagascar - A Musical Adventure is coming out of the zoo and onto a stage near you, opening at Wimbledon New Theatre on 16 July 2018 prior to a UK Tour.

Rock 'n' Roll phenomenon, The Blues Brothers, returns to the West End at the prestigious Hippodrome for a limited, soulful summer special from 18 July - 26 August, with press night on Friday 21 July. 

ROTTERDAM is now onstage at 59E59 Theaters through June 10th. Written by Jon Brittain and directed by Donnacadh O'Briain, this is a show that will touch the hearts and minds of everyone, a topical play that must be seen.

Following a highly successful debut at Theatre503 in 2015 and a critically acclaimed run at London's Trafalgar Studio's in 2016, Jon Brittain's Rotterdam will transfer to 59E59 Theaters, in New York, for a four-week run as Hartshorn - Hook Productions take their first show to North America this Spring.

Hartshorn-Hook Productions and The Flanagan Collective team up for the sixth year running to present a rousing rendition of this timeless classic, served over a two-course Christmas feast. A heart-warming, foot-stomping immersive production, created by writer Alexander Wright and director Tom Bellerby. This seasonal show is presented in partnership with The Big Issue Foundation.

Hartshorn - Hook Productions is thrilled to announce the reunion of last year's critically- acclaimed cast in I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change. The production, nominated for Best Revival in last year's Broadway World Awards, will return for two performances at the Arts Theatre on Monday 15th August.

Easter Monday - a group of Irish nationalists stage a rebellion against the ruling British government in Ireland in an attempt to establish an Irish Republic. Some 1,600 rebels seize prominent buildings in Dublin and clash with British troops on the streets of the capital. Within a week, the insurrection is suppressed and more than 2,000 people are dead or injured. The leaders of the rebellion are executed. A few years later an Irish Free State is established. Yet, over the following century the events of that week and their immediate aftermath have cast a long shadow over Ireland and continue to shape Anglo-Irish relations today.
