The city-wide school tour of Irving Berlin's Land That I Love, featuring music & lyrics by Irving Berlin & book by 4-time Tony Award nominee Chad Beguelin (Aladdin, The Wedding Singer, Elf the Musical), has extended its performance schedule into May due to popular demand & strong audience response from the first month of school tour performances across the city. Presented by leading NYC arts education nonprofit Inside Broadway (Executive Director, Michael Presser), Land That I Love is a special collaboration between Inside Broadway and the Irving Berlin Family & is specifically produced for New York City public schools. The tour began in January and will now be performed at over 60 NYC public schools in Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx and Queens, with over 100 performances thru May 5 (in 2017, Inside Broadway will be serving over 50,000 New York City students with its programs).

For the second time, the Broadway at Birdland concert series welcomed internet sensation Randy Rainbow on the historic stage, this time with his Pre-Inaugural Situation. The show was awash in political parodies, news updates, outrageous humor, non-partisan insults and special guests, including Ryan Raftery, Molly Pope and Brian Nash, Gerard Salvador, and Hannah Rose DeFlumeri. Rocking Horse Studio helps ring in the holidays in style when it returns to the Spotlight Cafe at the historic Capitol Center for the Arts in Downtown for Christmas shows on Today, December 16 and Saturday, December 17.  Tickets for both performances are currently on sale at $20.  A portion of the proceeds from this performance will be donated to New Hampshire charities.

Audiences have just over a month left to experience David Bowie and Enda Walsh's LAZARUS. The final performance of the production's strictly limited 13-week run will be held on Sunday 22 January 2017 at King's Cross Theatre, the brand new 900-seater venue built specifically for the production.
