Producers Taylor Norton, Hannah Rosenthal and Lindsay Wormser will present the workshop production of a new play with music, CRY EDEN, at the Access Theater Black Box (380 Broadway) from November 17-20.

CRY EDEN is conceived by Patrick Barrett, Tommy Crawford and Sarah Wansley. It features a book by Patrick Barrett and music & lyrics by Tommy Crawford (Drama Desk Nominee- SEAWIFE). Sarah Wansley will direct. Laura Brandel will choreograph.

"CRY EDEN is the folk-rock retelling of the first coming-of-age story: the myth of Cain and Abel. Through its thrilling score and highly theatrical movement, CRY EDEN examines sibling rivalry and violence in a world where the rules are not yet clear."

The show has been developed with its ensemble cast including: Will Cobbs, Chris Cornwell, Tommy Crawford, Sasha Diamond, Graham Halstead, Kendal Hartse, Daniel Tepper, and Teddy Yudain along with Laura Brandel.

CRY EDEN was originally developed at Dragon's Egg Studio with support from Naked Angels.
