Oscar winning and Tony nominated composer and songwriter Al Kasha passed away today, September 14th, in Los Angeles. He was 83 years old. 

Michael Harrison and David Ian announced today rescheduled dates for the world premiere of MY BEST FRIEND'S WEDDING THE MUSICAL. Starring Alexandra Burke as Julianne Potter, the show will open at the Manchester Palace Theatre on 20 September 2021 ahead of a UK and Ireland tour.

The composer and lyricist of Waitress, the multi-platinum-selling Grammy and twice Tony-nominated singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles, will return to the Brooks Atkinson Theatre to host the final edition of the show's hugely popular a?oeCast Album Karaokea?? program following the 7 PM performance on Tuesday, December 17th. Due to increased concern over weather conditions, air quality and patron safety, Luther Burbank Center for the Arts announced that the Jason Mraz and Raining Jane performance scheduled for Sunday, October 27 will now take place Friday, February 21, 2020 at 8 p.m. Current tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and no further action is required on the part of ticket holders who wish to attend the rescheduled performance. Ticket holders who are unable to make the new date should contact the ticket office by calling 707-546-3600 for a refund. The deadline to request a refund is Friday, January 3, 2020.
