Bill Hanney's North Shore Music Theatre (NSMT) will once again present the area's most beloved production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL. This award-winning, original musical adaptation was created just for North Shore Music Theatre audiences and cannot be seen anywhere else. The 27th annual production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL plays 14 performances only from Friday, December 8 through Saturday, December 23, 2017. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

Vineyard Theatre, one of the nation's leading nonprofit theatre companies has announced today that Executive Producer/CEO Jennifer Garvey-Blackwell, who has been a key member of the company's leadership team for almost 20 years, has decided to depart at the end of September 2016 to pursue new career opportunities.

Robert Cuccioli and Glory Crampton will reunite at a special gathering for the official release of the new cast recording of the York Theatre Company production of Jerry Bock, Sheldon Harnick, and Sherman Yellen's musical Rothschild & Sons on Monday, July 25 at 6:00pm at The York Theatre Company at Saint Peter's (entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue).

A new musical by John Kander and Gregory Pierce, KID VICTORY, along with the new plays THIS DAY FORWARD by Nicky Silver and CAN YOU FORGIVE HER? by Gina Gionfriddo, will be produced by the Vineyard Theatre during the 2016-2017 season, it has been announced by the company's Artistic Directors, Douglas Aibel and Sarah Stern. Vineyard Theatre opened the world-premiere production of Nicky Silver's play THE LYONS, starring Linda Lavin and Dick Latessa, last night, October 11. The production, which was originally scheduled to run through October 30 has been extended through through November 11 due to popular demand. Although for the better part of five decades, John Kander has been known as part of the writing duo Kander and Ebb, he's now working on a new set of one-act shows with a new collaborator: 32-year-old Gregory Pierce.
