The world premiere of renowned choreographer Ronald K. Brown's 'On Earth Together' inspired by the music of Stevie Wonder at the Joyce Theater was met with thunderous applause and a standing ovation for the electrifying performance of Brown's acclaimed troupe.

The Award winning series Cabaret Cares returns October 18th at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. Cabaret Cares is a monthly cabaret series the raises awareness and funds for Help Is On The Way Today. A non for profit that helps and assists children and young adults living with HIV and AIDS. Cabaret Cares has raised and distributed over $50,000 in the first five years.

Broadway's Robert Cuccioli made his Feinstein's debut on October 11 at 8:30pm. His show, A Standard Love, featured the music of Sammy Cahn, Cole Porter, George Gershwin, Jerome Kern, Johnny Mercer, Richard Rodgers and others. The Metropolitan Room hosts Manhattan's most exciting 'American Idol' style competition. The third annual 'Metrostar Talent Challenge' Trials begin July 12, 2010 with a grand finale on August 30th, 2010.

The Metropolitan Room has announced its July line-up which will include Perry Payne, Richard Malavet, and the Metrostar Talent Challenge. Come to the Metropolitan Room every Saturday from 11PM-2AM for the piano lounge- no cover, and no minimum.
