'Spamalot' gets excellent 1-to-9 odds to win Best Musical at the Tony Awards on June 5, according to the experts at GoldDerby.com. The Broadway mega-hit loosely based upon the film 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail' is also favored to win Best Director (Mike Nichols, 6-to-5-odds) and Best Featured Actress (Sara Ramirez, 3 to 2).

The cast of Spamalot, and some Monty Python vets celebrated their Thursday night opening at the Roseland Ballroom.

The show begins previews April 8th, and opens on May 1st at the Royale Theatre.
