ON YOUR FEET! opened last night at The Bushnell Performing Arts Center in Hartford, Connecticut, bringing the story of Emilio and Gloria Estefan to the stage, and the audience to their feet.

The rhythm is gonna get you when you attend the first musical of the CLO's 72nd season. On Your Feet!, the real-life story of Emilio and Gloria Estefan, is crammed with dozens of Latin-infused hits spanning more than three decades. The biomusical is hip, glitzy, extravagant, and theatrical, all the while maintaining a consistent storyline that offers welcomed depth and insight to the show.

It's more like a party than a musical...it's that much fun!

MUSE/IQUE, Pasadena's pioneering live music organization and counter-conventional orchestra, announces additional programming for its inaugural summer series at The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens on June 30, July 28 and August 25, 2018. In celebration of outstanding achievement in high school musical theater performances, Broadway In Chicago is thrilled to announce the award recipients of the Seventh Annual Illinois High School Musical Theater Awards sponsored by NBC 5: Darian Goulding of Hampshire, IL (Hampshire High School) as BEST ACTOR for his portrayal of "The Beast" in BEAUTY & THE BEAST and Natalie Doppelt of Deerfield, IL (Deerfield High School) as BEST ACTRESS for her portrayal of "Sister Mary Robert" in SISTER ACT. Darian and Natalie will represent the state of Illinois at The Jimmy Awards (also known as The National High School Musical Theatre Awards) in New York on June 25, 2018.

HAMILTON author Lin-Manuel Miranda and Producer Jeffrey Seller announce that the production will hold auditions in Puerto Rico in June for singers and dancers ahead of  the January 2019 opening of HAMILTON in San Juan. The casting call is for consideration for all companies of HAMILTON including the new company in Puerto Rico, Broadway, Chicago and touring productions.

Proceeds, which totaled over $1.1 million last year, benefit the creation of new choreographic works, much needed scholarships for young people, and immersive dance programs for communities around the world.
