Being Future Being will have its world premiere at BroadStage at Santa Monica College Performing Arts Center, September 8–10, 2022, followed by performances at New York Live Arts, October 20–22.

All For One Theater and The Tank will present the archival film of the 2019 world premiere production of Open, a queer love story, streaming on demand June 21 through June 27, 2021 as part of The Tank’s annual PrideFest.

Gideon Irving, a multi-instrumentalist couchsurfing troubadour, spent most of the past decade creating elaborate shows and performing them in private homes of all shapes and sizes, and occasionally in more traditional contexts like theaters and festivals (including a triumphant debut at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2015 and 2016 and two critically-acclaimed, sold-out runs in New York City in 2016 and 2018).

All For One Theater (AFO) is pleased to announce the return of Gideon Irving's  My Name Is Gideon: I'm Probably Going To Die, Eventually, which is being brought back due to popular demand.  The show will begin performances at The Brick Theater (579 Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn) on  Friday, November 30th for a limited engagement through Thursday, December 15th.

On Her Shoulders will present a special event on Monday, April 3, 2017 celebrating its theatrical heritage as agents of change.

When it comes to theater, there's immersive and there's immersive. Siobhan O'Loughlin's BROKEN BONE BATHTUB is immersive in a literal sense: the Brooklyn-based playwright sits in a bathtub full of bubbles as she tells the story of her most severe bicycle accident, though the play is really about the existential crisis triggered by the collision in Grand Army Plaza.

Gideon Irving is an original. One-man (or woman) shows are by definition personal, but even by the yardstick of solo performance, MY NAME IS GIDEON, I'M PROBABLY GOING TO DIE EVENTUALLY is unlike anything I've seen in theater or cabaret. The 30-year-old actor born at Roosevelt Hospital on 58th Street (along with his twin brother Isaac, a singing abalone) has performed his musical show in six countries and 504 livings rooms, along with fringe festivals and the occasional theater.

The Board of Directors and leadership staff have decided that it is no longer in the best interest of the company's artists and audiences to renew their lease, which was set to expire in March 2017, and to close the theater at 46 Walker Street immediately.
