Theatre for a New Audience (TFANA; Jeffrey Horowitz, Founding Artistic Director) announces additional casting for a public reading of Obie and Drama Desk Award-winning playwright Will Eno's Gnit, directed by Oliver Butler (The Open House, 2014).

In its first staging ever in the world since its original Broadway production and tour, Jerome Robbins' Broadway is an epic musical anthology that honors the career highlights of Tony Award-winning director and choreographer, Jerome Robbins. Filled with mesmerizing production numbers from some of Robbins' biggest hits, including West Side Story, On the Town, Peter Pan, The King and I and Fiddler on the Roof.

Paper Mill Playhouse presents the East Coast premiere of Half Time, a new musical, with book by Bob Martin and Chad Beguelin, music by Matthew Sklar, lyrics by Nell Benjamin and additional music by Marvin Hamlisch and Ester Dean. Half Time began performances May 31, 2018 for a limited engagement through Sunday, July 1, 2018, at Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn, NJ. Last night was the show's opening night. Drury Lane Theatre announces casting for its sultry summer drama, Tennessee Williams' Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, directed by Tony nominee Marcia Milgrom Dodge (2009 Broadway revival of Ragtime, Drury Lane's Smokey Joe's Cafe). Cat on a Hot Tin Roof runs July 5 - August 26, 2018, at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace. The press opening is scheduled for Thursday, July 12 at 8:00 p.m.

The Tony Award winning Best Musical Avenue Q will mark its 15th anniversary with 15 special performances at New World Stages (340 W. 50 St.) from July 18 to 29, 2018.

Disney's Aladdin is celebrating a sold-out, two-week premiere engagement in Cincinnati, which concluded on June 10 at the Aronoff Center. The touring production, which the Cincinnati Enquirer called, "an outright spectacle; glitzy, playful, sassy and extravagant," grossed over $2.8 million at the box office and entertained more than 40,000 theatergoers during 16 performances. 

Charlie Brooks and Patrick Ryecart play Sally and Mike respectively in the UK tour and London run of Torben Betts's new play MONOGAMY. Janie Dee plays Caroline Mortimer.  They are joined by Jack Archer as Leo, Genevieve Gaunt as Amanda and Jack Sandle as Graeme.

FreeForm has officially began production on 'Good Trouble,' the spinoff to the critically acclaimed drama 'The Fosters,' in Los Angeles. Broadway alums Roger Bart and Emma Hunton have joined the cast of the upcoming series.
