Country Music Legend Vince Gill took home another award to add to his 20 Grammy and 18 Country Music Awards when he received the 2015 Marquee Award presented by the League of Historic American Theatres (LHAT) at its Annual Conference in Nashville, Tennessee.

Brevard, NC—A Prairie Home Companion, the beloved National Public Radio program hosted by Garrison Keillor, returns to Whittington-Pfohl Auditorium at Brevard Music Center for a live performance on August 15th at 7:30 p.m.   As one of only a few cities across the country that will feature Keillor and company during his 2015 “The America the Beautiful” farewell summer bus tour, the Brevard Music Center performance marks one of the last opportunities for the public to experience A Prairie Home Companion with its original cast before Mr. Keillor retires as host. 

Garrison Keillor will be embarking on what may be his most ambitious tour to date - 30 cities in 36 days - a coast-to-coast, sea to shining sea bus tour to celebrate his popular radio show A Prairie Home Companion's 41st anniversary. The show will stop tonight, July 30, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. at Wharton Center's Cobb Great Hall.

Public radio station Michigan Radio (91.7 FM) and Olympia Entertainment will welcome America's favorite storyteller, Garrison Keillor, to the Fox Theatre tonight, May 30 at 5:45 p.m. for a special live broadcast performance of A Prairie Home Companion.

Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce Altman's Art, a screening of Gosford Park and a discussion of the work of one of Americas greatest filmmakers on Monday, June 8 at 7 pm. The evening will also include a talkback hosted by Bob Balaban, with Guilia D'Agnolo Vallan, and Kathryn Altman-the widow of Robert Altman. Grammy-nominated harmony duo The Milk Carton Kids have announced the May 19 release of their third album, Monterey, and will bring their 2015 concert tour to Nashville with a performance at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center on November 5 at 8:00 p.m.

Urban Stages' Board of Directors and founding artistic director Frances Hill will hold their annual benefit at the Boathouse in Central Park at 6:30PM on May 18th. This event will honor philanthropist Henry Buhl for his contributions to Urban Stages and the New York Community as the Founder of the Association of Community Employment for the Homeless (ACE). Brilliant singer and actress, KT Sullivan will receive the first Musical Theatre Award for her work with Urban Stages and as director of the Mabel Mercer Foundation which produces the New York Cabaret Convention.

The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center has announced the addition of Garrison Keillor's A Prairie Home Companion, 'The America The Beautiful Tour' on Monday, July 27 at 7:30 p.m.
