This season, the Network's longest running series currently on air will celebrate its landmark 100th episode and unveil the long-awaited two-hour musical.

TNT has ordered the hit legal series Franklin & Bash back to court for a third season. Starring Breckin Meyer and Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Franklin & Bash averaged 4.3 million viewers in its new Tuesday 10 p.m. (ET/PT) timeslot, up 10% over its first season. The buddy drama also averaged 1.8 million adults 18-49 and 2.0 million adults 25-54.

The first season of the hit offbeat legal drama, FRANKLIN & BASH, airing on TNT, debuts on DVD June 19th from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

TNT has announced the series premiere or season return dates for nine different shows.

Film Independent, the non-profit arts organization that produces the Spirit Awards and the Los Angeles Film Festival, held its annual honors yesterday, February 25, in Santa Monica. Hosted by Seth Rogan, the awards ceremony premiered later that night at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on IFC. Winners included Christopher Plummer, Michelle Williams, the company of The Artist and more! Award-winning actors Jane Seymour, Beau Bridges and Peter Weller are set to guest-star on TNT's hit series Franklin & Bash.

TNT's summer season got off to a solid start last night. The new legal dramedy FRANKLIN & BASH summoned 2,746,000 viewers for its series premiere and proved to be a hit with young adults, according to fast national data from Nielsen Media Research.

TNT has given the greenlight to the buddy lawyer series FRANKLIN & BASH, starring Mark-Paul Gosselaar (NYPD Blue, TNT's Raising the Bar) and Breckin Meyer (Heroes). TNT has ordered 10 episodes of the series, which is produced by Four Sycamore Productions, Left Coast Productions and FanFare Productions in association Sony Pictures Television. FRANKLIN & BASH is executive-produced by Jamie Tarses (TNT's HawthoRNe, TBS's My Boys), Kevin Falls (Shark, The West Wing) and Bill Chais (Shark, Dirty Sexy Money). Falls and Chais wrote the pilot.

The Color Purple opened at Center Theatre Group's Ahmanson Theatre December 16th, bringing the National Tour to Los Angeles for the holiday season, running through March 9, 2008...
