FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW , Broadway's Supper Club, presents vocalist Danielle Hecht in her solo debut performance in collaboration with Saxophonist and Musical Director, Greg Blair . Their nine piece ensemble , complete with a horn section and strings, will reimagine songs by contemporary artists including Erykah Badu, Lady Gaga, Beyonce and more thru contemporary-pop instrumentations. Expect the unexpected with musical stylings ranging from instrumental pop to heavy funk, lush ballads, gritty jazz...and everything in between.

Cortland Repertory Theatre is announcing a full line-up of shows and events for the winter and spring at their downtown performing arts facility, located at 24 Port Watson Street in historic downtown Cortland. Admission prices vary per event. Starting in January, a series of monthly TRIVIA NIGHTS are planned for the third Thursday of the first four months of the year. At 7:00 PM on January 18, February 15, March 15 and April 19, trivia buffs in teams of up to 4 people will be challenged to six rounds of five questions in a wide range of topics. This fund raiser for the CRT Youth Programs encourages friendly competition between families, friends and businesses, with prizes for each round and one evening Grand Prize, including CRT tickets. Admission is $5.00 per person and a beer/wine cash bar will be available.
Garry Marshall Theatre revs up the romance with Broadway star Joseph Leo Bwarie in the nonprofit theatre's winter fundraising concert My Funny Valentine. Record-holder for the most performances as 'Frankie Valli' in the award-winning musical Jersey Boys and pop big-band recording artist, Bwarie, known widely on XMradio Siriusly Sinatra, will take the stage for two exclusive concerts with his live 9-piece Good Stuff Band featuring Grammy-nominated and all-star musicians.
On Stage at Kingsborough, a leading performing arts presenter located at Brooklyn's Kingsborough Community College presents its 2017-2018 season, featuring world class artists from around the globe. The Hip Hop Nutcracker (www.hiphopnutcracker.com), a contemporary dance spectacle set to Tchaikovsky's timeless music, hits the road this holiday season to 28 U.S. cities. The show will perform in Rochester at RBTL's Auditorium Theatre for one night only on December 20!
