Kevin Spacey has booked his first film role since sexual assault allegations were made against him in 2017. The film is called 'L'uomo Che Disegno Dio' an Italian film with a title that translates to 'The Man Who Drew God.'

Dante's Hell and Inferno Dantesco Animato, both films produced and directed by Boris Acosta, will premiere at MIA (Rome film festival market) on October 17, 2020 and later on will have its world festival premiere at the Ravenna Nightmare Film Festival on October 31, Halloween Day and will continue on to November 8, 2020.

The San Diego Italian Film Festival (SDIFF) is collaborating with Film Geeks SD to present a year-long monthly series of Italian genre films that showcase the variety and range of Italian cinema, many of which have never been screened in San Diego before. 

Golden Globe and Emmy nominated actress Sherilyn Fenn (Twin Peaks, Wild at Heart) will star as a silent film star and producer Alla Nazimova in director Vladislav Kozlov's Rudolph Valentino fantasy biopic Silent Life. Paul Rodriguez and Dalton Cyr join the cast as an older gigolo (Rodriguez) who teaches young Italian immigrant Rodolfo Guglielmi (Cyr) how to seduce women. Also joining the cast are Paul Louis Harrell as Norman Kerry (Valentino's real-life friend), and Ksenia Jarova, who will star as Natacha Rambova (the true love of Rudolph Valentino).  

Debuting on July 3, Acorn DVD features two irresistible dramas – STRIKING OUT, Series 2 (Acorn TV Original Series) and DELICIOUS, Series 2. Called “Everything you'd want in a legal drama” (Inquisitr), Striking Out, Series 2 stars IFTA award-winner for Best Actress Amy Huberman(The Clinic) as a successful Dublin lawyer who strikes out on her own. Maria Doyle Kennedy (Orphan Black, The Tudors, Dexter) joins the cast in Series 2.

El Rey Network will air a Django Marathon today, January 31 featuring three Spaghetti Westerns that have inspired generations of filmmakers including El Rey Network creator Robert Rodriguez and DJANGO UNCHAINED Writer/Director Quentin Tarantino.

The company responsible for the distribution of the Atlas Shrugged trilogy, Atlas Distribution, announced today that they have acquired the North American distribution rights for their fourth film, Road to Capri starring Frankie Muniz, Academy Award Winner Virginia Madsen, Ian McShane, Franco Nero, Maria Grazia Cucinotta, and Nicolas Vaporidis.

For its 22nd annual Spring Gala, the Kennedy Center will salute the more than 13 year tenure of Kennedy Center president Michael M. Kaiser with Camelot in Concert on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at 8 p.m. in the Concert Hall. The famed 1960 musical features book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner with music by Frederick Loewe and this semi-staged concert version will be adapted, directed and choreographed by Tony Award® nominee Marcia Milgrom Dodge. The concert staging will be accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Music Director James Moore. With this concert, Camelot makes its Kennedy Center debut. One of the co-chairs of the 2014 Spring Gala will be Laysha Ward, President, Target Community Relations.

Theatre Under The Stars (TUTS) is producing Lerner and Loewe's four-time Tony Award winning masterpiece Camelot, running tonight, Jan. 22 - Feb. 3 at the Hobby Center for The Performing Arts.
