TRIBORO MUSICAL THEATRE PRESENTS 'THE SECRET GARDEN'
Based on the classical novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett, a favorite of millions all over the world, The Secret Garden is about the healing power of love and the miracle of rebirth. The score creates a world where lost loves are found, lost lives are saved, spring comes again, and beauty reigns.
Beavercreek Community Theatre's Children's Theatre will present 'A Little Princess' at 7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 3 p.m. on Sundays from April 24 through May 3.

Directed by Hank Fitzgerald, with music direction by Anne Wick Manes, this Tony Award-winning musical adaptation of the classic book by Frances Hodgson Burnett opens March 12 at the Stage 4 theatre and will play 8 performances from March 12-15 & 19-22, 2009. The Secret Garden premiered on Broadway at the St. James Theatre on April 25, 1991 and ran for two years, closing after 709 performances. The production garnered the 1991 Tony Awards for Best Book of a Musical (Marsha Norman), Best Featured Actress in a Musical (Daisy Eagan - the youngest person ever to win a Tony Award), and Best Scenic Design (Heidi Landesman).

wonder, friendship and redemption in an abandoned secret garden on her reclusive uncle's Yorkshire
estate. Flashbacks, dream sequences, a strolling chorus of ghosts, anever written for the stage will delight children and grown-ups alike.
