Dordt College Presents THE SECRET GARDEN, 10/14
Dordt College will present THE SECRET GARDEN, October 14 through October 23.
The enchanting musical The Secret Garden will be performed by the Dordt College Theatre Arts Department this fall at the Te Paske Theatre.
Based on the beloved children's novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett, this musical reveals the journey of a young orphan from illness and isolation to hope and renewal. While tending a forgotten garden, 11 year-old orphan Mary Lennox experiences healing and spreads this wellness to others.
The book and lyrics are by Pulitzer Prize winner Marsha Norman and music is by Lucy Simon.
Performances are at the Te Paske Theatre on October 14, 16, and 20-23rd at 7:30 PM and a matinee at 1:00 PM on October 16th. Ticket prices are $10 for adults and $5 for students and children. Tickets will be available for purchase after September 20 at www.dordttickets.com.
