CRT Kicks Off 47th Annual Summer Season With ROUGH CROSSING

Cortland Repertory Theatre kicks off their 47th annual summer season at the Little York Pavilion in Preble with the hysterical ship-board comedy Rough Crossing by Tom Stoppard which he "freely adapted" from Ferenc Molnar's comedy Play At The Castle. Performances will run from June 6th - 16th with evening show times at 7:30 PM. Matinees are available on June 8th, 10th and 13th at 2:00 PM.

Sundance Now, AMC Networks' premium video streaming service announced today that it will launch 'Next Of Kin,' a gripping and timely international thriller, on Thursday, June 21st. All episodes of the six-part drama, shown for the first time in the US, star Primetime Emmy(R) Award winner and Golden Globe nominee Archie Panjabi (The Good Wife) and Jack Davenport (Pirates of the Caribbean, White Famous) and will be available to binge at once.

Two-time Tony award nominee John Carrafa, Kristen Carcone, and Helen Simoneau have each received creation grants to experiment with the development of new work. The Cycle will run June 4-29.

Bill Kenwright presents the inaugural Classic Screen to Stage Theatre Company production of RAIN MAN. Mathew Horne (Gavin & Stacey, The Catherine Tate Show) stars as Raymond Babbit opposite Ed Speleers (Downton Abbey, Wolf Hall) as Charlie Babbit. RAIN MAN opens at Windsor Theatre Royal on 21 August, before embarking on a UK tour to Milton Keynes, Cardiff, Eastbourne, Southend, Edinburgh, Cambridge, Brighton, Guildford, Leeds, Richmond, Derby and Northampton. Artists Repertory Theatre presents I and You by Lauren Gunderson as the final production of their 2017/18 season. Gunderson is the most-produced playwright in America for the second year in a row. She is a recipient of a Dramatist Guild Award, the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize, won the 2018 Steinberg for The Book of Will, and won the Steinberg American Theatre Critics Association New Play Award in 2014 for this revelatory drama. I and You runs from May 20 through June 17 on the Morrison Stage.
