Farmers Alley Theatre is closing its historic 10th anniversary season with the biggest musical production ever, Mel Brooks' record-setting 12 Time Tony Award Winning comedic masterpiece, THE PRODUCERS. Running July 20th to August 5th at the Little Theatre on Oakland Drive, this pitch-perfect adaptation of Brooks' classic film of the same name will star Stephen Wallem (TV's Nurse Jackie) and Tony Humrichouser (WMU Alum, Jeff Award Winner) as the lovable duo of Max Bialystock and Leo Bloom, who attempt to produce the worst show in Broadway history!
For actor Scott Moreau, playing Johnny Cash in the opening production of Maine State Music Theatre's 60th anniversary season is a very special homecoming. The Maine native who grew up in Litchfield says this is the fifth time he will have done the Million Dollar Quartet in Maine (previously in Portland and Bangor on the national tour and twice in Ogunquit), but that "Brunswick is much different!"

Theatre Kalamazoo is proud to announce that the eighth annual Theatre Kalamazoo New Play Festival will be held February 9-10, 2018 at the Judy K. Jolliffe Theatre (formerly the Epic Theatre) in downtown Kalamazoo. The free event will feature new plays by seven local playwrights, performed and directed as staged readings by local actors and directors representing the member theatres of Theatre Kalamazoo.
