JOY, the new romantic comedy by John Fisher, will play its final performance
at Off-Broadway's Actors' Playhouse (100 Seventh Ave. South) on Sunday,
September 25, 2005.
On Friday night, September 2nd, the cast of JOY held a Labor Day Weekend party at the Duplex. BroadwayWorld was there along with some friends of the cast!
Previews begin on Sunday, July 31 for JOY, a new romantic comedy that follows a group of college friends as they fall in and out of love in San Francisco over the course of a year.
The cast of 'JOY' features Becca Ayers (Sarah, Plan and Tall) as Elsa, Ben Curtis (of 'Dude, you're gettin' a Dell' fame) as Christian, Harris Doran (Actors' Fund Hair) as Paul, Gavin Esham (Naked Boys Singing) as Corey, Natalie Joy Johnson (Bare: a pop opera) as Kegan, Brian Patacca (The Donkey Show) as Matt/Adam, Christopher Sloan (Insomnia) as Gabriel and Sheridan Wright (The Producers) as Darryl. Gregory Marcel (Funeral Games) serves as the male swing.
