? Producers James L. Nederlander, Estefan Enterprises, Inc and Bernie Yuman have announced the launch of an online ticket lottery, powered by Broadway Direct, for ON YOUR FEET!, the new hit musical based on the lives and music of Emilio & Gloria Estefan. Launching tomorrow, Tuesday, December 15, the lottery will open at 9:00AM each day for entries to win a limited number of $40 same-day tickets to that evening's performance at www.onyourfeetmusical.com/tickets, and will remain open until 2:00PM when winners are drawn. Winners, notified by email immediately upon the 2:00PM drawing, will have 60 minutes to claim their tickets by paying with credit card, and can pick up the tickets at the Marquis Theatre Box Office (46th Street between Broadway & 8th Avenue) 30 minutes prior to showtime. Photo ID is required for pickup, seat locations and number of tickets awarded by the lottery are subject to availability.

In what has become an annual ritual, a total of 36 established and emerging composers, lyricists, and librettists will converge on the Goodspeed campus from mid-January through mid-February 2016 to participate in the Johnny Mercer Foundation Writers Colony at Goodspeed Musicals. The writing teams, representing 19 new musicals, will populate the campus, creating a truly exciting environment for discovery and inspiration. Broadway was Brooklyn bound this morning as the cast and crew of On Your Feet! - the new Broadway musical based on the life and music of Gloria and Emilio Estefan - got on their feet, rolled up their sleeves and worked a bustling assembly line packing up huge Emergency Food Packages (EFPs) at the Citymeals-on-Wheels warehouse in Williamsburg.

The 3rd annual R.Evolucion Latina - Dance-A-Thon raised $26,250 after 6 weeks of fundraising. The culmination of the online fundraising campaign took place on October 24th where artists, RL campers and supporters came together to celebrate for 5 hours of energized dancing. This is a stirring new play that explores the power of community in the face of the tragedy in Newtown, CT and proceeds will benefit Everytown for Gun Safety and the Newtown Action Alliance.

Erin Craig and La Vie Productions just presented a benefit staged reading of the Newtown docudrama 26 Pebbles, a stirring new play that explores a community in transition after a tragedy, by Eric Ulloa and directed by Igor Goldin. The cast featured Broadway veterans Karen Mason,Richard Masur, Mike McGowan, Mamie Parris, and Jennifer Swiderski at the one-night only event hosted by the Culture Project at The Lynn Redgrave Theater (45 Bleecker Street) last night, December 15th, in commemoration of the second anniversary of the tragedy at Sandy Hook. Proceeds from the event will benefit a collection of charities chosen by the citizens of the City of Newtown, whose voices and testimonies are evocatively presented-verbatim-in 26 Pebbles.
