The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust announces the area premiere of a musical for younger audiences, presented as part the Pittsburgh International Children's Theater's Family Series, Swimmy, Frederick & Inch by Inch, will be performed by Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia, from Canada.
