NETworks Presentations has announced casting for the Boston engagement of ELF THE MUSICAL.

NETworks Presentations has announced casting for the New York engagement of ELF THE MUSICAL. The show will play from December 13 through December 29 at The Theater at Madison Square Garden.

Riverside Theatre, led by Producing Artistic Director/CEO Allen D. Cornell and Managing Director/COO Jon R. Moses, starts its 44th season with the celebrated musical featuring the music of American Icon, Hank Williams, in Hank Williams: Lost Highway. Presenting sponsors for Hank Williams: Lost Highway are Ted & Dawn Michael with additional support from Riverside Theatre's Patron Producers' Group. Hank Williams: Lost Highway plays the Stark Stage at Riverside Theatre from October 24 through November 12, 2017.

Broadway's Eric Anthony Lopez is under consideration for a GRAMMY Award. Lopez's debut album on the SONY/RecordUnion record label, 21 & Counting, is under consideration for a GRAMMY Award nomination in the classical & pop field.

Imagine transitional rock superstars Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, and Jerry Lee Lewis hanging out together for an impromptu recording session early in their musical careers. This is the unlikely, but mostly true tale told by the new production of the 2010 Broadway musical 'Million Dollar Quartet' now opened at the New Theatre Restaurant in Overland Park. This is one entertaining evening.

Eddie Clendening, who originated the role of Elvis in the Broadway production, and Evan Buckley Harris who portrayed Johnny Cash in the National Tour and Las Vegas companies, will both be joining the Ivoryton Playhouse production of MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET for the final week of the run. Jacqueline Hubbard, Producing Artistic Director stated "We are sorry to see both John Rochette and Jeremy Sevelovitz leave our production. They are both stellar performers and unfortunately had conflicts for this final week. However, we are definitely looking forward to the new additions to the family. Even if you have already seen the show, you may want to come back and see it again with our new cast."

Sam Phillips, the "Father of Rock 'n' Roll" who was responsible for launching the careers of each icon, brought the four legendary musicians together at the Sun Records studio in Memphis for the first and only time. The resulting evening became known as one of the greatest rock 'n' roll jam sessions in history.

The award- winning local professional company of Theatre Nebula announces the World Premiere of Kevin Wiczer's hilarious office farce, CUBICLE. The show has a limited engagement of three weekends beginning May 26, 2017 running through June 11, 2017. CUBICLE will be presented Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. in Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center, 150 East Wood Street, Palatine, IL.

CINDERELLA is the only Rodgers and Hammerstein musical that was originally written for television. Its first performance was broadcast live on CBS on March 31, 1957 as a vehicle for Julie Andrews, who played the title role. It was subsequently remade for television twice. The 1965 version starred Lesley Ann Warren, and the 1997 one starred Brandy Norwood.
