The Palace Theatre in downtown Manchester will continue its 2012-2013 Professional Theatre Citizens Bank Performing Arts Series with the New Hampshire stage premiere of Legally Blonde, the Musical, opening tonight, May 4, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. The show runs through May 19, 2012.

Carley Stenson has begun rehearsals for the role of Princess Fiona in SHREK THE MUSICAL® at Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. Carley's first performance will be on May 23, 2012. SHREK THE MUSICAL® currently stars Dean Chisnall as Shrek, Richard Blackwood as Donkey, Neil McDermott as Lord Farquaad and Kimberley Walsh as Princess Fiona. Kimberley Walsh will perform as Princess Fiona for the final time on Monday May 21, 2012.

Retailers Purchase Four New Designs From NBC's FASHION STAR

Last night on NBC's FASHION STAR, the remaining designers were paired off with celebrity mentors Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie and John Varvatos who then chose what each of them would construct for the week. Four designers were successful in creating garments that America's top three retailers: Macy's, H&M and Saks Fifth Avenue were interested in purchasing.

NBC announced that the live two-hour season finale of 'The Voice' will now air at a new time on Tuesday, May 8 from 9-11 p.m. (ET). Previously, 'The Voice' season finale was scheduled for broadcast from 8-10 p.m. (ET) that same night. 'Fashion Star' will now move to 8-9 p.m. (ET) on May 8, it was previously scheduled to air at 10-11 p.m. (ET).

Damn Yankees is headed to The 5th Avenue Theatre! This musical comedy is the story of an aging baseball fan who makes a deal with the Devil so his beloved hometown team can beat the Yankees in the race for the pennant. From the songwriting team of The Pajama Game, Damn Yankees is filled with hit songs including "Two Lost Souls" and the sultry favorite, "Whatever Lola Wants, Lola Gets." The Paper Mill Playhouse production will slide into Seattle this April. The creative team includes direction by Mark S. Hoebee (Paper Mill's Producing Artistic Director), music direction by Ben Whiteley, and choreography by Denis Michael Jones.
