FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Simone Allen in The Songs of Simone Allen on January 27th, 2018 at 11:30 PM. Simone Allen (Broadway Stands Up For Freedom/NYMF's Women of Note) makes her Feinstein's/54 Below debut in The Songs of Simone Allen. Simone presents a night of original singer/songwriter material as well as songs from her current musical theater project, Underground. Her unique sound draws from jazz, pop, rock, folk, and musical theater. She has received praise for her deep and varied collection of work and her natural fantastic melodic sensibility.

The original production of Follies will reunite at BroadwayCon 2018, ahead of the original Broadway production's 47th anniversary. Moderated by Jennifer Ashley Tepper (The Untold Stories of Broadway), Follies: The Original Production Reunion will bring together Steve Boockvor (original cast), Ted Chapin (original production assistant, author of Everything Was Possible), Mary Jane Houdina (original Young Hattie, assistant to Bennett), Denise Pence (original swing), Kurt Peterson (original Young Ben), and Jonathan Tunick (orchestration) and more as they share stories about when life was fun but oh so intense.

Join a master class with the award-winning musical theatre composer and lyricist, Drew Gasparini. The class will focus on writing an 'I AM'/'I WANT' song for a musical. Examples of this are Waving Through A Window from Dear Evan Hansen, What Baking Can Do from Waitress, The Wizard and I from Wicked, Part Of Your World from The Little Mermaid, and Go The Distance from Hercules.

SCHOOL OF ROCK star Alex Brightman, Hamilton producer Jeffrey Seller and Universal TV have struck a deal with NBC to develop an untitled family comedy written by the Tony Award-nominated actor. Brightman is also set to executive produce the pilot.
