MTV is hitting the shores of Hawaii with the greenlight of a new U.S. version of the global youth brand's international phenomenon 'Ex On The Beach.' The news comes as the network closes 9 consecutive months of primetime growth and ranks as the fastest growing top 40 cable entertainment network.

PUFFS or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic & Magic - the hit comedy currently running Off Broadway at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street) - celebrates its first ever global expansion with the announcement of the play's Australian premiere in Melborne this May.  In addition to this landmark debut, plans for a U.S. tour and a national broadcast, the PUFFS New York production will expand to seven shows a week this month.

The Dramatists Guild Foundation (DGF) will toast the life and work of one of American theatre's greatest writers, Stephen Schwartz, on Monday April 23rd at 7PM EST at the Hudson Theatre (141 W 44th St, New York, NY 10036). The star-filled concert, sponsored in part by the Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) and the Hudson Theatre, will showcase and shine a spotlight on Schwartz's beloved songs, stories, and legacy in celebration of his 70th Birthday.

Ronen Sharabani, an international, multidisciplinary, prominent Israeli artist, has been selected as a featured artist for this year's SXSW Art Program presented by Meural. His 2017 project titled, 'Conductors and Resistance,' will be showcased this week during SXSW at the Austin Convention Center in Meeting Room 3 and is open to all SXSW official badge holders. According to Deadline, an untitled musical project based on the life and works of Hans Christian Andersen was just picked up by Fox 2000. Featuring music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and a script by David Magee, the 'four quadrant epic musical fantasy' will be produced by Craig Zadan and Neil Meron.
