The Franklin School for the Performing Arts (FSPA) invites students ages 3-18 to try a complimentary group class at the school, located at 38 Main Street in Franklin, from now through June 20.
Hennepin Theatre Trust announced that two SpotLight Award-winning students, Sarah Cartwright of Eastview High School in Apple Valley and Ryan McCartan of Minnetonka High School, were selected to represent Minnesota at the National High School Musical Theatre Awards to be held at 7:30 p.m., Monday, June 27, 2011, at the Minskoff Theatre, 1535 Broadway in New York City.

A Spring Open House will be held at the Franklin School for the Performing Arts (FSPA) at 38 Main Street on Thursday, June 16th during Franklin's annual Strawberry Stroll from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. The community is invited to meet FSPA's faculty, tour the facility and learn about the school's Summer and Fall 2011 programs in Music, Dance and Drama.
