If you're the kind of person who never tires of watching the Hollywood sign crumble and major American cities flood, go see SAN ANDREAS. For all of it's flaws, it's a solid disaster movie, and the special effects deserve to be seen on the big screen. But it's not one you'll find yourself re-watching on a lazy Sunday.
Doctor Who Performed Joan Rivers's Endoscopy Steps Down

ABC News reported today the doctor that performed the endoscopy on comedy legend Joan Rivers, which lead to the performer's cardiac arrest, is stepping down at Yorkville Endoscopy. Rivers died on September 4 after a week on life support. She was 81.

Little Shop of Horrors will open the new season at Theatre Lawrence, September 19-October 5! Winner of the best musical of 1983, this affectionate spoof of 1950's Sci-fi movies became one of Off Broadway's longest running shows. First seen as the 1960's black comedy by Roger Corman and screenplay by Charles Griffith, featuring Jack Nicholson, it then opened as the rock horror musical in 1982. The show combines the musical styles of 60's rock 'n' roll, do-wop and MoTown and includes several well known tunes such as Skid Row (Downtown), Somewhere That's Green, and Suddenly, Seymour.

The sequel to last season's hit show (The Intergalactic Nemesis - Book One: Target Earth) follows the adventures of Molly Sloan and Timmy Mendez two weeks after the ending of Book One. When Elbee- Dee-Oh disappears in deep space, it is up to Molly and Timmy to unravel the mystery, but the appearance of Molly's former fiance, Dr. Lawrence Webster, complicates matters entirely.
