The GRAMMY Foundation® (www.grammyfoundation.com) today announced that 12 schools nationwide have been selected as GRAMMY® Signature Schools (www.grammyintheschools.com) for 2010.

He's done just about everything at Middlebury's Town Hall Theater, except perhaps the hardest thing: to come out on stage as a performer. That will happen this month, as Douglas Anderson performs in the Eastview Cabaret Series on Thursday, March 25.

Take six of the best comics in the state, throw in a cash bar and club lighting, and suddenly Middlebury's Town Hall Theater becomes the best little comedy club north of the Big Apple. Schedule the event for April 1, and what else do you call it but The April Fools?

You can't dance on just anything. Professional dance companies use a special floor covering known as a Marley, which is smooth, soft on the feet, and happily splinter-free. This explains why the upcoming dance concert at Town Hall Theater has the odd title Marley and We.

As a student at Middlebury College in the 1980's, Bill Burden was a busy guy. He sang in the choir and the Dissipated 8 while starring in concerts and musicals. He was by general agreement the best male voice on campus, but his career path pointed to international finance, and singing just wasn't part of his long-term plans.
