This holiday season, the award-winning Peccadillo Theater Company will present A WILDER CHRISTMAS, an evening of two rarely seen Thornton Wilder one-acts: THE LONG CHRISTMAS DINNER and PULLMAN CAR HIAWATHA. The show's Obie Award-winning director, Dan Wackerman, will be this week's special guest on Richard Pheneger's popular WPKN Radio (89.5 FM) program 'State of the Arts' Friday, November 27th at noon. The show will include songs by women songwriters such as Georgia Stitt, Marcy Heisler, Jonathan Brooke, Susan Werner, Patricia Barber, Laura Nyro, Joni Mitchell and Dorothy Parker, as well as the title song written for Errico by Gopnik and Scott Frankel; and the New York debut of music by Jeanine Tesori. There is also a sprinkling of the classic American songbook by Cole Porter, Rodgers & Hart, Sondheim & Mary Rodgers.
