Community and collaboration are the watchwords of Bristol Riverside Theatre's production of Henrik Ibsen's An Enemy of the People, running tonight, May 12-May 31. Co-directed by Susan D. Atkinson and Amy Kaissar, the high-voltage drama, which concludes BRT's Mainstage Season, features an ensemble of professional actors Keith Baker, Kevin Bergen, Mark Collmer, Brian Brillinger, Laura Giknis, Marc LeVasseur, Shamus Hunter McCarty, P. Brendan Mulvey and Sabrina Proffitt performing alongside Bucks County community members. The production is supported in part by a generous grant from PECO. (more...)

Bristol Riverside Theatre explores what it means to be an American with its production of Ragtime on March 17-April 12. The Tony Award-winning musical with book by Terrence McNally, music by Stephen Flaherty, and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens is directed by Keith Baker and features Leslie Becker, Derrick Cobey, David Edwards, Tamar Greene, Michael Thomas Holmes, Matt Leisy and Ciji Prosser. Supporting roles will be played by Ciaran Barlow as Edgar, Will Connell as Houdini, Jim Conte as Grandfather, Stephen Dagrosa as Willie Conklin, Sarah J. Gregory Taft Gerard presented the Off Broadway production at the Acorn Theatre (Theatre Row) 410 West 42nd Street. He stated 'We have been getting an enthusiastic response from the audiences during this very busy hot summer. THE BANANA MONOLOGUES Begins New Performance Schedule Today

Gregory Taft Gerard is presenting 'The Banana Monologues' Off Broadway, at the Acorn Theatre (Theatre Row) 410 West 42nd Street. The 80-minute relationship comedy stars John R. Brennan and is directed by Debra Whitfield. The play is written by John R. Brennan, Jason C. Cooper and Mary Cimino and features Scenic Design by Roman Tatarowicz and Lighting Design by Deborah Constantine. The show will begin its new performance schedule today July 20th, playing Saturday at 8:00pm; Sunday at 3:00pm; Monday at 8:00pm; Thursday at 8:00pm and Friday at 8:00pm. (more...)
