Broadway producing company Tilted Windmills Theatricals (Gent's Guide, Dr. Zhivago, Cagney, Silence! the Musical) to present Adam Overett's (My Life is a Musical) Popesical: A papal musical comedy directed by Drew Geraci (Forever Plaid, A Chorus Line, La Cage) at The New York International Fringe Festival, August 20-29 at Theatre 80 (Venue #9) in the East Village.
The Guide to Being Single will be presented as a part of The New York Musical Theatre Festival's Developmental Reading Series on Wednesday, July 8th, 2015 at 4 and 7:30 PM and on Saturday, July 11th, 2015 at 8:30 PM. The award-winning musical, A Letter to Harvey Milk, based on the short story "A Letter to Harvey Milk" by Leslea Newman, will enjoy an invite-only industry reading in New York City on Monday, June 22, 2015 at Times Square's Playroom Theatre. A Letter to Harvey Milk, has a book by Jerry James, Cheryl Stern and Laura I. Kramer, lyrics by Ellen M. Schwartz with additional lyrics by Cheryl Stern, and music by Laura I. Kramer, it has been musical directed, arranged and orchestrated by Ned Paul Ginsburg, and the reading will be directed by Evan Pappas (Performer: Parade, My Favorite Year).
Industry folks will get a chance to see the newest musical by the writing/producing duo Charlie Schulman & Michael Roberts (aka The Schulberts), The Goldstein Variations, directed by Daniel Kutner. The musical, which is slated to open Off-Broadway in October 2015, will be presented in concert Monday, June 8 at 7pm at the Marjorie S. Deane Little Theater at 5 West 63rd Street.

Laurence Lowenstein, music by Gerald H. Bailey (Courting), and directed by Jim Ortlieb (Broadway's recent Of Mice and Men and Guys and Dolls). The Next Big Thing is an intimate and incisive musical about one young actor's treacherous road to Hollywood stardom.
