David Parsons and Parsons Dance will be returning to China from April 20-May 5, 2013 as demand for Parsons unique works continues to grow internationally. This nine-city tour is the company's second visit to mainland China and is the most extensive staging of company's work in Asia to date.
The internationally renowned Parsons Dance will perform five contemporary pieces choreographed by its prolific artistic director, David Parsons, on Jorgensen's stage Saturday, April 13, 2013, at 8 p.m. An audience Q&A with the dancers will follow the performance.

The night will continue with the creation of a brand-new dance created on the spot through improvisation with a ten-piece big band, followed by social dancing with the band.
