The Fantasticks tells the story of neighboring families who stage a feud to contrive a marriage between their children. All does not go well in this comic conspiracy, and each character must come to terms with reality of their actions in the light of day. This classic musical featuring songs such as Try to Remember, They Were You, and Soon It's Gonna Rain has been delighting audiences for 50 years!

American Psycho is heading to Broadway! According to an Equity casting notice, producers David Johnson, Jesse Singer, Jeffrey Richards, and Jerry Frankel plan to begin Broadway previews in mid-February 2016, with a mid-March 2016 opening. Rehearsals will begin in January. Casting has not yet been announced.

The Shakespeare Theatre Company (STC) continues its 2014-2015 mainstage season with one of William Shakespeare's late masterpieces,The Tempest. STC Affiliated Artist Ethan McSweeny, following his imaginative production of A Midsummer Night's Dream two seasons ago, applies his flair for visual panache to The Tempest, in which sprites, goddesses and fools hold court. The Tempest will play at the Sidney Harman Hall (610 F Street NW) from December 2, 2014-January 11, 2015.
