Stephen Trask Talks HEDWIG Sequel, New Project, and More!

According to PopMatters.com, HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH co-creator Stephen Trask is co-writing a new 1970s New York clubs-based project called 15 MINUTES. 'It's a really exciting and creative and interesting project that starts off set in Studio 54 but ends up downtown at the Mudd Club,' says Trask.

Andrew Rannells, who will replace Tony winner Neil Patrick Harris as Hedwig, an East German transgender rock star in Broadway's Hedwig and the Angry Inch beginning August 20th, will stop by NBC's Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon tonight, August 13th. OF MICE AND MEN Ends Broadway Run Today; Revival to be Filmed

The Broadway revival of John Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men played its final performance today. The producion starred Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe winner James Franco, BAFTA and Tony Award nominee Chris O'Dowd, Leighton Meester, and Tony and Olivier Award winner Jim Norton. Directed by Tony Award winner Anna D. Shapiro, Of Mice and Men was the first 'hit' of the spring, recouping its $3.8 million capitalization in only twelve weeks. The critically acclaimed production originally opened on Wednesday, April 16, at Broadway's Longacre Theatre (220 West 48 Street).
