Eisenberg/Beans Casting has joined New York Theatre Barn's team as Resident Casting Office. Eisenberg/Beans Casting is led by Daryl Eisenberg, CSA and Ally Beans, CSA.

The eleventh season of New York Theatre Barn's New Works Series launches on Monday, February 5th, 2018 with pre-premieres of 2 new musicals: Crossing Over and Alice, Wendy, Dorothy. Theatre Barn's eleventh season will explore 'Foreign Cultures and Fractured Fairy Tales.' Casting for both shows is by Eisenberg/Beans Casting (Daryl Eisenberg,CSA; Ally Beans, CSA).

Despite announcing its closing on June 25, the well reviewed, NY Times Critic's Pick Baghdaddy by Marshall Pailet and A.D. Penedo will continue to perform at St. Luke's Theatre (308 West 46th Street) through September 3, 2017.

The well reviewed, NY Times Critic's Pick Baghdaddy by Marshall Pailet and A.D. Penedo returned to NYC on April 6, opening on Monday, May 1, 2017, will close as planned on June 25, 2017 at St. Luke's Theatre (308 West 46th Street). It will have played 16 previews and 38 regular performances.

The well reviewed, NY Times Critic's Pick by Marshall Pailet and A.D. Penedo, the musical Baghdaddy began performances on  April 6 at St. Luke's Theatre (308 West 46th Street). This Monday, May 22 they will launch a talk-back series, following the show, with more to be announced.

Casting professionals, Daryl Eisenberg, CSA and Ally Beans announced today that they will be combining their talents to create a new casting office Eisenberg / Beans Casting.

Ethan Slater will join the cast in the role of Jerry Samuel in the well-reviewed, NY Times Critic's Pick Baghdaddy (formerly known as Who's Your Baghdaddy?) as it returns to Off-Broadway this April.

On Monday April 3rd at 12:30pm, Rachel Klein (Around The World in 80 Days, More Than All The World) directs a reading of SNOW - a new play by Ashley Griffin (creator of the pop culture phenomenon Forever Deadward) - at PLAYWRIGHTS HORIZONS (416 West 42rd St, between 9th and 10th avenues, South Rehearsal Studio.)

Recently, I had the amazing opportunity to interview Rafael Casal, co-creator of #BARS workshop currently in association the Public Theater. He is a rapper, poet, actor, playwright, teacher, and musician. His highly socially-conscious work combines elements of hip-hop music and theater in a unique way. It was only fitting to have the interview in the Public Theater.
