West End performer, Strictly Come Dancing favourite and television actor Danny Mac joins the UK tour of Amelie The Musical, based on the much-loved, five-time Oscar®-nominated film. Joining French-Canadian stage and screen star Audrey Brisson as 'Amelie Poulain', Danny Mac plays the sweet daydreamer 'Nino Quincampoix' from 22 May, as the UK tour launches at the New Wimbledon Theatre, with a gala performance at the New Wimbledon Theatre on Thursday 23 May, 7:30pm.

It is the irresistible tale of a lonely Parisian waitress who tries to spread happiness in the lives of others, set in a fantasy world. Having been significantly reworked since appearing on Broadway and following some excellent reviews at The Watermill Theatre, a wonderfully inventive and entertaining version of Amelie is now embarking on an extensive nationwide tour.

Joining previously announced French-Canadian stage and screen star Audrey Brisson as Amelie Poulain, Danny Mac will play the sweet daydreamer Nino Quincampoix from 22 May. The role of Nino will be played by Chris Jared during performances at The Watermill Theatre.

The concert of A Little Princess at Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall was a lovely production with lots of great talent of a musical that still feels a bit messy. Rebecca Trehearn, Danny Mac, and Alexia Khadime all lent their amazing voices to the show and the young girls playing Sara, Becky, Lottie, and their friends were simply incredible. Starring Ria Jones as Norma Desmond, and Danny Mac as Joe Gillis, the story of romance and obsession is based on Billy Wilder's film, with Don Black and Christopher Hampton's book and lyrics. The score, performed by a full orchestra, includes the title number Sunset Boulevard, and With One Look, As If We Never Said Goodbye, The Greatest Star Of All and The Perfect Year.

The UK Tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber's hit SUNSET BOULEVARD is coming to the Koninklijk Theater! This touring production stars Ria Jones, Glenn Close's understudy in the recent West End production, as Norma Desmond, as well as Danny Mac as Joe Gillis. SUNSET BOULEVARD will open at the Koninklijk Theater on March 28th and run through April 8th.
