Ciaran Sheehan and Sarah Muirhead to Headline SHOW BOAT at Reagle Music Theatre

Broadway's "Phantom," Ciaran Sheehan, returns to Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston to take on the role of GAYLORD RAVENAL in Jerome Kern and Oscar Hammerstein II's 1927 masterpiece Show Boat. Running from July 6-16 for 8 performances only, Show Boat will also star Boston's own Sarah Oakes Muirhead (Sunday in the Park with George) as MAGNOLIA HAWKS.

When Bobby Daniel Rodriguez, Kaili Y. Turner, and Kim Rios Lin set out to produce their 3rd Colors of Community event they were fully aware of the event's timing three days after our Nation's Presidential election. The house was packed at HSA Theater, with individuals of all emotions ready to absorb the Colors of Community Mission: 'To help bridge the divides between communities through theater and discourse.'

Colors of Community to Celebrate Female Playwrights, Directors at Third Event

The November 11th series of Colors of the Community will discuss women's issues and female empowerment; racial relations; law enforcement and the community; and the black market of orphan rehoming. The featured plays were all written and directed by women. Ensuing discussion will feature an all-woman panel, moderated by a woman!

DECADES REWIND and SWAN LAKE Join State Theatre's 90th Season

Patti LuPone Offers Second Performance of DON'T MONKEY WITH BROADWAY

The John W. Engeman Theater is happy to announce that Patti LuPone will offer a second performance of her show Don't Monkey with Broadway. 'We received a tremendous response after announcing the first performance, and Patti LuPone has graciously added this second date, which will provide further support to the Northport High School Performing Arts Department,' said theater owners Richard T. Dolce and Kevin J. O'Neill. 'We are thrilled and honored to have the opportunity to host Patti LuPone for her first concert in her hometown.'

The New York Tenors celebrated the holiday season last night at Carnegie Hall in an evening of Christmas spirit. All of the proceeds from this performance will go to Fr. Francis Pizzarelli and Hope House Ministries to support their efforts to help the lives of broken young people. Principal Pops Conductor Jack Everly leads the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra in performances of Singin' in the Rain,tonight, March 26, at 8 p.m. at The Music Center at Strathmore and Friday, March 27, at 8 p.m., Saturday, March 28, at 8 p.m., and Sunday, March 29, at 3 p.m. at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. Ranked by the American Film Institute (AFI) as the No. 1 movie musical of all time, Singin' in the Rain stars Gene Kelly, Donald O'Connor and Debbie Reynolds, and features a lighthearted portrayal of iconic dance and memorable songs, including 'Make 'em Laugh,' 'Fit as a Fiddle' and more. The film will be projected on a large screen above the Orchestra while Maestro Everly leads the BSO in the moving classic score. Please see below for complete program details.
