Preview of SHREK THE MUSICAL on DVD Coming 12/7

According to Blu-ray.com, Paramount Home Entertainment has announced the December 7 release of the DreamWorks Animation movie 'Shrek Forever After.' The DVD will include a special preview of SHREK THE MUSICAL, as well as '12 Days of Christmas' pop-up book, deleted scenes, interactive games and an insider's look at the film.

Intiman Presents RUINED 'Farewell Cabaret,' 8/16

Intiman Theatre announces a one-night-only special event, the 'Ruined Farewell Cabaret,' on Monday, August 16 at 7 pm. The concert will feature members of the cast of Lynn Nottage's acclaimed play Ruined performing their favorite songs. Among the artists scheduled to appear are Condola Rashad (Sophie), David St. Louis (Commander Osembenga), Stephen Tyrone Williams (Simon and, recently, Cory Maxson in Fences at Seattle Repertory Theatre), musicians Simon Shabantu Kashama and Ron McBee, and company member Victoire Charles.

'SHREK THE MUSICAL' Welcomes Ben Crawford In The Title Role 11/10

DreamWorks Theatricals & Neal Street Productions have announced that a new block of tickets are now available for SHREK THE MUSICAL. The award-winning hit new Broadway musical is now on sale through May 30, 2010. Beginning November 10th, Ben Crawford will perform the title role of ?Shrek'. Crawford replaces Tony Award® nominee Brian d'Arcy James, who departs after the performance on Sunday, November 8th to appear in Manhattan Theatre Club's production of Time Stands Still.
