HBO has finally announced its follow-up to the previous miniseries BAND OF BROTHERS and THE PACIFIC. The latest entry comes as an adaptation of Donald Miller's nonfiction piece, MASTERS OF THE AIR - with Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks set as executive producers. According to the Daily Mail, after an open audition, Alice Jane Murray of Kent has been cast as 'Lois', and Marc Leslie will play the role of 'Roy' in the London Palladium production of A Chorus Line. Casting is now complete and rehearsals have begun to prepare for the show's February 19th opening.
As reported by the Daily Mail, Claire Foy has been cast as 'Lady Macbeth' opposite James McAvoy in new West End theatre company Traf Transformed's production of Shakespeare's Macbeth. The show will run Feb 9 through April 27, 2013, directed by Jamie Lloyd.
According to the Daily Mail, 'Homeland' star Damian Lewis is in talks to star as 'Bill Snibson' in a new West End revival of the musical Me And My Girl. No official offer has been made, but the Mail's Baz Bamigboye reports that Lewis has spoken with producer Alex Armitage. Me And My Girl is aiming for a fall 2013 opening on the West End.
