Ms. Ross will be pulling out all the stops with breathtaking costumes and stage designs, along with a live string and horn section. The must see tour will play at the fabulous Fox Theatre on Saturday, May 29 at 8:00 p.m.

Gospel Uptown Presents George Gee Big Band Every Monday Starting 5/24

Beginning May 24, The George Gee 17-piece Big Band will begin a weekly Monday night engagement at Harlem's newest hotspot - Gospel Uptown/GU LIVE! (Located at 2110 Seventh Avenue @ 125th Street). Featuring jazz and blues vocalist John Dokes (in the style of Joe Williams and Billy Eckstine), George Gee and his big band orchestra pay tribute to the swingin' music of Count Basie, Fletcher Henderson, Duke Ellington, Lionel Hampton, Benny Goodman, Chick Webb and many other Savoy Ballroom jazz icons. This marks the return of regular Big Band Jazz to Uptown NYC after a long hiatus.
