According to TMZ, Cory Monteith, who was found dead on Saturday, July 13th in his Vancouver hotel room, passed away due to a lethal combination of champagne and heroin. According to the final coroner's report, the star was found with empty champagne glasses and a 'spoon with drug residue and a used hypodermic needle.'

Variety reports that ALL THE WRONG REASONS director Gia Milani won the Grolsch Film Works Discovery Award at this year's Toronto International Film Festival, currently running through September 15 in Toronto, Ontario. The film features the late GLEE star Cory Monteith in one of his final roles before he died at 31 due to an accidental drug overdose in July.
