Murphy tweeted that Dianna Agron, who played Quinn on the FOX musical dramedy will also return for the special episode. 'Dianna is IN for Glee 100th!' shared Murphy.

In an interview with People.com, GLEE star Lea Michele spoke about how her music and her family helped her get through a very difficult period of her life.
