Cory Monteith's mother Ann McGregor has broken her silence following her son's death from an overdose on July 13. She Tweeted on August 1: 'I would like to thank all of Cory's supporters at this extremely emotional time. Your support has been overwhelming ... thank you!'

The cast and crew just gathered on Thursday, July 25, in a private memorial to celebrate the life Monteith, who died at the age of 31 on July 13, 2013, due to an overdose.
