In celebration of its landmark 35th anniversary season, leading NYC arts education nonprofit Inside Broadway is presenting a city-wide school tour and revival of their acclaimed musical production, Irving Berlin's Land That I Love.

The Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival and multiple award-winning film and theatre lyricist Tim Rice are bringing excerpts of Rice's latest musical, 'From Here to Eternity,' to Honolulu to participate in three commemoration events of the 75th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor. Scroll down for photos!

The Nazareth College Theatre and Dance Department and Theatre League presents Grease - the three-time Tony Award-nominated musical about 10 working-class high school seniors, that is as popular today as when it premiered in 1971 - as the fourth and final show in the department's 2015-2016 production season. The show will run for one weekend only, beginning today, April 15 and 16 at 8 p.m. and April 17 at 2 p.m.; in the Callahan Theater at Nazareth College Arts Center.

AUBURN, N.Y-The Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival, by special arrangement with Theatrical Rights Worldwide, proudly produces the world premiere of the new North American production of SATURDAYNIGHT FEVER.  Performances run from July 22 through through August 12. Based on Nik Cohn's 1975 article 'Tribal Rites of the new Saturday Night' and Norman Wexler's 1977 screenplay it inspired, this iconic time capsule centers around Tony Manero, a Brooklyn youth whose weekend is spent at the local dance hangout. There, he escapes into the admiration of the crowd, a growing relationship and the pulse of the beat that enables him to forget the realities of his life, his dead-end job and his gang of deadbeat friends. This new production delivers all the favorite tunes and dance sequences while bringing out the dimension and layers of the story and the landscape of such an iconic snapshot in American history.  Adapted for the stage by Robert Stigwood in collaboration with Bill Oakes, this new North American version features songs by The Bee Gees, is adapted for the stage by Sean Cercone and features additional music and lyrics by David Abbinanti.

The Rochester Broadway Theatre League (RBTL) is pleased to announce that it will join other professional theater organizations from across the country participating in the seventh annual presentation of "The Jimmy Awards", to be held in New York City on June 29th at the Minskoff Theatre on Broadway. The National High School Musical Theater Awards (NHSMTA), founded and produced by Nederlander Presentations, Inc. and Pittsburgh CLO, is a national celebration of outstanding student achievement that recognizes individual artistry in vocal, dance and acting performances by high school students. "The Jimmy Award" is named in honor of James M. Nederlander, legendary Broadway theater owner and producer.

The Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival 2015 season will feature a slate of top-notch directors, choreographers, musical directors and designers. The flagship theatre, the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, will house West Side Story, The Light in the Piazza (Regional Premiere), Saturday Night Fever (US Regional Premiere), Sweeney Todd, the all new The Calamari Sisters' Big Fat Italian Wedding, and the first ever holiday show at the Playhouse -- Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings. The season also brings the hilarious comedy, Late Nite Catechism, downtown to Auburn Public Theater. And for the fourth consecutive year, the new-works series, The PiTCH, returns with new writing teams from all over the country presenting their new musicals in development. The PiTCH will run from June 11 - August 1.

'The Littlest Spruce' tells the story of a little spruce tree who gets separated from his parents when they are taken away from the forest. But thanks to two silly field mice and a boy named Roy, the littlest spruce is reunited with his parents on Christmas Day inside Roy's home. Jerris was inspired to write the story after the birth of his nephew, and was the first book in a trilogy. The third book in the series, 'The Littlest Witch,' Jerris adapted into a children's musical with his sister, Corinne Aquilina, and is licensed by Steele Spring Stage Rights. Written in metered poetry, 'The Littlest Spruce' is a feel-good story that doesn't dwell on the commercialism of Christmas, instead, focuses on the importance of family values. Former director of 'Good Morning America, Bob McKinnon, said, 'I was always told that big things come in the littlest packages. After reading 'The Littlest Spruce,' I now know why. Succinct, clever writing and colorful illustrations make if a perfect package for the big and little alike.'
